Sisterhood (No Guilt) Book Club

We invite all women in our congregation to join the Sisterhood Book Club. At our meetings, which take place every other month in one of our homes, we discuss books with a Jewish theme or those of particular interest to our book club members. Over the past several years, we have read both fiction and non-fiction selections. If you don’t have time to read the book, that’s okay, come and hear about it and enjoy the conversation, the snacks and the company.
2017-2018 Meeting dates and reading selections:
• June 12, 2017 – at Amy Pollack’s: Fleeing the Hijab: A Jewish Woman’s Escape from Iran by Sima Goel
• August 7, 2017 – at Amy Graham’s: All Who Go Do Not Return by Shulem Deen
• September 11, 2017 – at Amy Tashman’s: And After the Fire by Lauren Belfer
